Can I order on this website?

Do you accept bulk orders?

We can do bulk orders. Please contact us at MAndDcrafts@outlook.com to get a quote.

If you are a business looking to stock anything from our knitted, macrame, sewn or jewellery range, we offer wholesale prices. Email us at MAndDcrafts@outlook.com to find out more information.

Can I customize orders?

You can make special requests for some products. To find out if we can customise the product you wish to buy, just contact us here.  You can also contact us via our Facebook page.

What is your refund policy?

For customised orders (including flower arrangements), we only offer a refund for products that arrive damaged.  But don't worry, we make sure you're completely happy with your order before making it, and we'll advise you if we think any issues may occur with your request.

For pre-made products, you have 28 days to request a refund.  If your reason for requesting a refund is it arrived damaged, just send us a photo of the damage, then we'll offer either a refund or replacement.

 

If you request a refund because you've changed your mind, we'll refund your money after it has been returned to us in good condition.

For items such as jewellery and bath bombs/soaps, we do not offer refunds for any reason other than the item is damaged. We do not offer refunds for jewellery that was damaged due to misuse e.g. the elastic snapped due to excessive stretching, or a bracelet snapped because you tried to put it on without undoing the clasp.

For items from our Gift Shop range, please send us a photo of the issue immediately, so we can arrange either a replacement or full/partial refund with the company that handles shipping.

How do early orders for Christmas tree ornaments work?

We take advanced orders up until July 31st. Contact us via one of our links with a complete list of ornaments you'd like to order. You pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of your total order (excluding P&P), then you don't pay the rest until the week before we post your order. To stay ahead of the Christmas rush, we'll start posting out orders in October.

Can you deliver flowers to my area?

To ensure flowers arrive in good condition, we only deliver them to anywhere within a 10 mile of March, Cambridgeshire.

What is your Delivery charge?

The delivery charge falls under two categories - products shipped from M & D Crafts shop and products shipped from another location. For products shipped from the M & D Crafts shop, the delivery charge is £9.99. For orders shipped from another location, the delivery charge is £7.99. 

We also sell products for Home Scents by Sammy - the delivery charge is £9.99. Again, if you spend £50 or more on any product on this website, you will get free delivery.

We offer free shipping on any order over £50.
